At her marriage, she is listed as Jane in W H BAWDEN's Index 9, page 147.Great grandparents of Julia ORRIN nee DRYDEN of Brackenhurst, 8 Portway, Bishopston, Swansea, GLA (Julia wrote 1982 - CFHS Member 954). Had lived near Stithians village in Cornwall. They moved to Hafod area of Swansea. GLA.Jane, wife of William DRYDEN, and of Swansea GLA in 1762, was left £60 by her sister Grace MORCOM (06376) and also a half-share of the £60 left to another sister (Mary, who had married Edward IVEY) if Mary was unable to collect it within 2 yearsof Grace's death.

NB it is assumed here that the Jessie MORCOM who married Robert KENNEDY in 1892 in NSW and had eight children born in NSW, is the daughter of John MORCOM and Jessie Eliza nee PARKER.However, a NSW death record 1924/2228 for a Jessie PARKER daughter of Robert T and Selina, suggests another possibility, which cannot yet be entirely dismissed. The main argument against this alternative pair of parents is that we can find no record of a Robert T MORCOM, married to Selina, in the UK or Australian records. Moreover there was a Robert KENNEDY and Selina couple in NSW in the late 1800s
