The one year old Mary Ann on the "Lord Raglan" must have been born c. 1853. Did she die before Polly was born, or is the date entered for Polly incorrect? We prefer, until further evidence emerges, the latter explanation as the 23 Feb. 1956 date would have been less than seven months later than the birth of a sister Alice Ann
